Seasmoke Public Relations Inc. operates a central reservations office on behalf of Captain Morgan’s Retreat and Aqua Bay Club.

RESERVATION POLICIES
GENERAL POLICIES
- Rates are in USD and do not include taxes or service fee (19% total).
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Extra person fees of $15 per guest may apply, please see individual accommodation pages for details.
- Additional person fees may charged upon check-in if the unit is occupied by more guests than originally booked.
- While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, room assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- Children 12 years and under accompanied by an adult are free.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Guests arriving early are welcome to use the resort’s facilities while a room is being prepared. Luggage storage is available.
- Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
- Guests must be 18 or older to place a reservation. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the units, though cigarette smoking is permitted on patios. Cigar smoking is only permitted on the beach.
- Pets are not permitted at Captain Morgan’s Retreat.
DEPOSIT POLICY
- 50% of the total reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance will be charged within 30 days of check-in.
- If the reservation is made within 30 days of check-in, 100% of the total will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in.
- 100% of the total will be charged for cancellations received within 30 days of check-in (or in the event of no-shows or early departures).
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portions of a package.

RESERVATION POLICIES
GENERAL POLICIES
- Aqua Bay Club requires a 4-night minimum stay for all dates, with the exception of Holiday bookings, which require a 7-night minimum stay.
- While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, room assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- Rates are in $USD, and do not include 13% government tax or 6% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- 1 Bedroom Condo rates include up to 2 guests.
- 2 Bedroom Condo rates include up to 4 guests.
- Maximum occupancy in a 1 Bedroom Condo is 2 guests and 1 infant under the age of 3.
- Maximum occupancy in a 2 Bedroom Condo is 6 guests, including infants under the age of 3.
- No additional charges for children under 3 years old.
- All rates are commissionable to qualified travel agents and wholesalers.
- The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Pets are not permitted at Aqua Bay Club.
- Aqua Bay Club is a smoke free property, and no smoking is permitted in the units or on the patios.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM EST.
- Frontdesk hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, Sunday and holidays: closed
- After-hours check-in is available. Please contact us for details.
DEPOSIT POLICY
- A deposit equal to the first 3 nights of your stay is required to confirm a reservation.
- Remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of check-in.
HOLIDAY POLICY
For reservations that include Christmas or New Years holidays:
- A minimum stay of 7-nights is required for any holiday bookings.
- A deposit equal to the first 3 nights of your stay is required to confirm a reservation.
- Full payment is due by September 15th.
- Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.
- Please note that discounts are not available over the holiday travel period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in.
- 100% of the reservation total will be charged for cancellations received within 30 days prior to check-in.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for No Shows or Early Departures.
