I feel I should handle my own honest review responses; so why should you do it for us?

Please, don’t. Having a savvy third party is essential when responding to critical and negative reviews of your resort. We don’t have the emotional investment you do, which allows for us to come up with proper responses—ones you will read, approve, and sign off on. So, they’re not “fake responses”; you are merely using our expertise to come up with the most appropriate, best response.
